Complete your home Local Authority Online Common Application Form (CAF) for admission to primary school naming the Blue School as one of your choices. Please make the return to your local authority before 15th January.

Please retain The Blue School’s admissions criteria and the ‘Notes on Admission Policy, Criteria and Procedures’ for your records.

For applications under criteria 1, 2, 4 and 5, you must complete Part A of the Blue School’s Supplementary Information Form (SIF) and give the form together with Part B to your vicar/minister/religious leader.

Please ask your vicar/minister/religious leader to fill in Part B of the reference form and return the form together with Part A to the Blue School before 4.30pm on 15th January so that the Governors may consider the application fully.

Please note: Church references must be signed and dated no earlier than the 1st November, preceding the entry of the child to the school. The completed Blue School SIF (Part A) and the religious reference form (Part B) must be received by the School by 4.30pm on 15 th January.
