At Phoenix House fees are paid annually, although termly payments are available with a handling fee.

- The school does not refund fees.
- Fees are 5% higher if parents choose to pay termly rather than annually.
- All fees are expected to be paid within four (4) weeks of the invoice date. Invoices are sent to parents six to eight (6-8) weeks before the end of the previous term.
- The school reserves the right to impose a Late Payment Fee on overdue accounts.
- A full term’s fees are due if a child is withdrawn without a full term’s notice, in writing, to the Head of School.
- Fees for additional optional provisions such as the School Bus Service, Lunch Delivery, Extracurricular Programmes, Trips for Optional Activities, Holiday Schools, After-school Care and Learning Support are set out elsewhere.
- The eldest child will receive a fee remission of 15% if two (2) other siblings are enrolled, and 30% if three (3) other siblings are enrolled at the school.

School Development Fee (Mandatory for New Pupils, Optional for Existing Pupils)
The School Development Fee is allocated to continually develop and grow our North Peak Enrichment Campus, fund Bursaries for pupils who require financial assistance, and as a financial contribution to the development of school Houses. Therefore, Phoenix House welcomes any contribution from our community.
