Enrollment Fee

Payment-Plan Fee
The optional payment plan allows annual tuition fees to be spread out over twelve equal payments. The fee for the 12-payment plan is ¥12,000 including tax. This fee is payable once for every year that the payment plan is chosen, and is due before the student’s first day of class. Tuition payments are due before the first of each month, and automatic bank withdrawal is required.

Consumption Tax
Consumption tax is not required for preschool fees except payment-plan fees as noted.
Mid-Year Enrollment
Prorated fees may apply to students who enroll part way through the school year.
Family Discounts
- Enrollment fee is waived for second and subsequent siblings.
- Annual fee is waived for second and subsequent siblings concurrently enrolled.
- Extended care fees are per family. No additional charges for siblings.

All fees include tax.
- 44 lessons are offered per year; some months have more lessons than others. Class fees are divided into 12 equal installments.
- No refunds are given for student absences, but make-up lessons are offered when possible. Please arrange to have the make-up lesson within one month of the absence (before or after).
- Please consult with us ahead of time if the student will be absent for one month or longer. Arrangement will be made case-by-case.
- Azukari time is billed at the beginning of the month following use. Fractions of 30 minutes are treated as a full 30 minutes.
