For each grade, tuition fees are calculated according to the ADEK School Fee Framework. This fee framework is a guideline set by the Ministry of Education and applies to all schools in Abu Dhabi.
Fees are payable annually in three terms and must be paid before the start of each term. A one-time non-refundable registration fee is also payable upon acceptance of the offer letter.
We offer a range of payment methods and payment schedules to ensure that the tuition fees are manageable. All tuition fees are payable in advance, prior to the start of each term.
It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to ensure that tuition fees are paid in full and on time. If fees are not paid, learners may not be permitted to attend classes or sit for school examinations.
If parents decide to withdraw their children before the start of the academic year, they are eligible for a full refund of tuition fees paid in advance. In such instances, the registration fee is not refundable.
If parents decide to withdraw their children during the course of the academic year, they are eligible for a partial refund based on the ADEK School Fee Framework. Under this framework, fees will be refunded only after a written request has been submitted to the Registrar’s office and all necessary documents have been produced. Tuition refunds are provided to the original payee.
Learners withdrawing from Al Maharat Campus must provide a 30-day written notification to the Registrar's office prior to withdrawal in order for all necessary documents to be ready. After that period, tuition fees are non-refundable and any outstanding amount must be paid in full.
