Admission — Required Documents
To ensure a smooth application, please scan each item in PDF or JPG (high resolution) before starting the online application.
Student Identification
- Birth certificate (clear copy)
- Passport copy (if available)
- Lebanese ID extract (if applicable)
Parent/Guardian Documents
- Parent/guardian ID or passport copy
- Family civil registry extract (if applicable)
- Proof of address (utility bill or lease)
Academic Credentials
- Full Academic Reports / Transcripts for the last 3 academic years (including the most recent term)
- Standardized Test Scores (Optional): MAP, ISEE, or other results from the last 2 years (if available)
Health & Safety
- Vaccination record / immunization card
- Medical form (school template, if applicable)
- Any relevant health reports or accommodations
Photos
- Recent student passport-size photo (JPG)
Additional for Transfer Students
- School leaving certificate / clearance from previous school
- Recommendation letter (optional but encouraged)
Non-Lebanese Students / Non-Lebanese Program
- Ministry of Education Permission/Equivalency: Students applying to the Non-Lebanese Program (regardless of nationality) must provide a permission or equivalency certificate from the Lebanese Ministry of Education.
