Grade 11 – Grade 12
- Copy of Passport, Iqama & CNIC/B.Form - Student, Father and Mother.

- Original School Leaving Certificate & Copy of Board Result Card (Mark Sheet) (For admission from Class X - XII)
- 2 Passport size pictures – Student
- Copy of Matric / O level with equivalent certificate (original)/ NOC/ Migration/ Gap Certificate (Embassy Attested)
