Welcome to Stoke College Admissions
We’re delighted that you are considering Stoke College. Choosing a school is one of the biggest decisions you are going to make as a parent. We are here to help make the process as easy for you as possible. We want you and your child to feel comfortable and confident in your decision to choose us. We would love to welcome you and your child for a visit around the school. Normally, there are a few ways you can do this, such as joining us for our regular coffee mornings, booking a personal tour or coming to an Open Morning. However, these are extraordinary times which require new thinking. We will be holding virtual coffee mornings and symposiums at regular times over the next few weeks. Please book these here.
If your child is interested in attending Stoke College, we ask that you fill in an application form and visit the school. We ask that you fill in this application form at your earliest convenience. Early application guarantees a place and will ensure that your child has an easy transition into the school.
Following receipt of your application form and registration fee, your child may then be asked to attend an interview with the head and come along to a taster day where they will be observed to ensure that this is the right setting for them.
For both Senior and Prep School, we will require a confidential report from the child’s current school before we are able to offer a place.

At the end of the form, we will ask you to upload a scanned copy of your child’s passport, birth certificate and latest school report. If you don't have these to hand, you are welcome to send them to us via email separately.

Payment can be made via BACS transfer. Details are provided at the end of this form. Please put your child’s name as a reference. Once we have received your application, we will contact you regarding next steps.
