To receive an application form please complete our online enquiry form or contact us at admissions@wilderness.asia
- Complete the application form
- Pay the $40 application fee
- Send the application form and supporting documents to: admissions@wilderness.asia
Supporting documents required include
- Proof of payment of the application fee
- Child’s birth certificate
- Child’s passports (including visa status)
- Child’s Hong Kong ID card
- Parents’ Hong Kong ID card
- Parents’ passport copy
- 2 passport photos of student
- 2 proof of HK address documents
