Admissions to Reception
Before making an application to the school, it is essential that you read the Admissions Policy.
The application process for Reception will commence on Friday 1st September and closes on Sunday 14th January . To apply for our school you must complete an E-Admission form online at www.eadmissions.org.uk.
You must also submit the following documents to the school
- Supplementary Information Form (see below)
- Signed original of the Certificate of Catholic Practice (see below)
- Baptism certificate

Please note that if you are posting or hand delivering your application and supporting documents to the school office then this will need to be submitted no later than 3pm on Friday 12th January .
We welcome all prospective parents to come and visit our school. If you would like to arrange a tour, please contact the school office.
Admissions to Nursery
To apply for our school, you must complete a Supplementary Information Form and return to our school office via post or email directly to admin@stjohnrc.hounslow.sch.uk
We are a term time only Nursery up to 30 hours per week between 8.30am and 3.00pm.
All parents are entitled to 15 hours of Government funded childcare a week for children aged three and four years. Eligible parents will receive an additional 15 hours of Government funding at OLSJ bringing the total number of Government funded hours to 30 per week. We also offer a limited number of paying places.
*Meals and other resources are not covered by the Government funded childcare entitlement.*
Entry into our school Nursery does not guarantee entry into the Reception Class the following year. All applicants of statutory school age intending to apply for a place in Reception Class in any given year must complete another Supplementary Information Form for Reception.
