Checklist for Documents Required for Admission
The following to be submitted online.
- Birth Certificate of child
- Emirates I.D copy of child and parents
- Passport copy of child and parents
- Visa copy of child and parents
- Vaccination copy of child
- 4 recent passport size photographs of child
- Latest Report Card (If applicable)
- Transfer Certificate (If applicable)
The student’s birth certificate. (If not in English, copy of translated attested version stating the date of birth as is in his/her passport.
N.B:- Original Emirates ID of sponsor & child will be needed to complete the registration process of admission with KHDA.
Transfer Certificate Attestation Process
- For students coming from Emirates other than Dubai, the Transfer certificate should be attested by The Ministry of Education of that Emirate
- For students coming from GCC countries, the Transfer certificate should be attested by The Ministry of Education of that country, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and by The UAE Embassy.
- For students coming from other Arab countries, the transfer certificate should be attested by the Education officer of the area, from where the transfer certificate is obtained, The Ministry of Education, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and by The UAE Embassy.
- For students coming from India, the transfer certificate should be attested by the Education officer of the area, from where the transfer certificate is obtained, The Ministry of Education, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and by The UAE Embassy
For students coming from Europe, USA, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Canada the Transfer Certificate should be attested by school.
