Whether you are newly settled in Singapore or a long-time familiar with our school, whether you are convinced of the excellence of French-style education or curious about what is so special about it, La Petite Ecoleopens its doors wide to you every morning and is proud to have you with us.

Founded in 2012, our school is the only French institution in Singapore offering a trilingual education in French, English, and Mandarin starting from the age of 2.

Our mission is, of course, educational, with the goal of providing all our students with an ambitious education tailored to their individual needs. Our mission is also formative, as we aim to impart the humanistic values we hold dear, such as tolerance, acceptance of differences, openness to the world and interculturality. Finally, our mission is to foster fulfillment, as we place great importance on the harmonious development of each student’s personality, beyond the transmission of knowledge and values.

Knowledge, know-how and personal development: this is the triad that will, step by step, year after year, enable our students to become the citizens of tomorrow, responsible and open-minded actors in the world around them.

Sending Your Child to La Petite Ecole Means Opting For...

Excellence

La Petite Ecole follows the French national curriculum, guaranteeing a high standard of teaching. Our programme was approved by the French Ministry of Education in 2020, allowing us to join the AEFE (Agency for French Education Abroad) partner network, a unique educational network developed across the world. Through strict and regular monitoring of our learning methods and teachers, as well as the provision of top-quality professional training, our pupils at La Petite Ecole can continue their studies more easily in any of the network's schools (more than 543).

Plurilingualism

La Petite Ecole follows the French national curriculum for kindergarten and elementary school, alternating between instruction in French, Mandarin and English on a half-day or full day basis, with lessons taught by native speakers.

Innovative teaching

La Petite Ecole offers an innovative educational programme effectively tailored to children, and which places great emphasis on their well-being, in light of the teachings of neuroscience. Children are placed at the heart of the learning process, which is adapted to their individual needs. This encourages self-confidence, a key factor in academic success, through the caring nature of our staff, and by giving them freedom of choice and enough time to learn at their own pace.

A safe environment

All classes are located in One Holland Village. This welcoming, family-friendly setting is a wealth that we cherish.

My daughter went to this school for 5 years and my boy for a year until we left Singapore. They both absolutely loved it and I cherished myself the 'vibe' of the school. The management truly has the child at the center of all its attention, all the teachers were amazing, and there is a real friendly atmosphere. The bilingual program is exactly what we needed as an French/English speaking family. I strongly recommend! I shed a tear when I left... (Made so many friends among the mums too!)
