Thank you for visiting our website. Are you looking for a school that will make a difference in your child’s life, both now and for eternity? Truth, Purity, and Excellence are the basis for our motto and I welcome you to look around our website to find examples of all three. I extend a sincere invitation to make an appointment to come in for a physical tour and have your questions answered.

CRCS has provided a Christ-centered education since 1981. We have an outstanding staff, teachers and support staff who care deeply for children and are focused on supporting parents to raise up their children to be a disciples of our LORD Jesus Christ. All of our students take Bible classes and participate in weekly chapels. Students take part and serve on missions and outreach activities, participate in worship and band concerts and some students participate in leadership. Our Discipleship courses are for credit; both our LORD’s credit and academic credit.

CRCS has a tradition of very high academic standards. This ensures your child will graduate with the acquired skills needed to pursue post secondary education or training. Along with high academic standards, we have an outstanding fine arts program where intermediate and senior bands and choirs compete at high levels. Our drama classes perform for the people in our city and the performances are always well attended. Our sports coordinator actively oversees our teams who compete with other local schools and schools within the province.

Our Biblical theme for this year is Righteousness. Our memorization and scripture verses are devoted to learn about God’s righteousness and how we can reflect His righteousness in our daily lives. We have a very caring Parent Teacher Fellowship group, a dedicated parent prayer group. We serve hot lunches and have a gigantic natural playing field that is equipped with two playgrounds with a variety of apparatus.

Campbell River Christian School exists to assist parents committed to fulfilling their God-given mandate to raise, educate, and train their children in a biblical worldview to become active disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our vision is to equip our students to be disciples of Christ and to achieve their academic potential. Our Core Values are a tangible expression of our statement of faith, and directly support our Mission Statement. CRCS is committed to operating both at the corporate and individual levels in ways that reflect these values. We will never intentionally violate these values and are committed to nurturing Christ-centered living in our faculty, staff, parents, students and through our programs, with these core values.

Faith results in devotion to the Lordship of Christ, and the seeking after His will with boldness, based upon confidence in His sovereign power. The Bible is our standard for all belief, instruction, practice and policy, regardless of its acceptance by our culture. A life of prayer makes a critical difference in all that we attempt, and is God's channel of power in our school. Every aspect of our operation must reflect personal and corporate truthfulness and obedience to God's Word.

The pursuit of excellence focuses on honouring our Lord with our best effort and conduct and evidences holiness, care, wisdom, thoughtfulness, humility, and skill in all pursuits. Humble service that meets the real needs of others, in Christ's name, is necessary to facilitate the development of Christian maturity. The development of Christian character is of higher priority than the development of natural abilities. All members of the CRCS community need to use their God given gifts for the good of the Body of Christ. As children belong to God, CRCS is accountable to help parents to shape and prepare them for a life of service.

God is glorified when all members of the CRCS community are committed to nurturing spiritual, personal, and academic development. As fellow labourers for God, all members of the community should treat one another with love and respect. Our commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour is evidenced by our commitment to all personnel, both paid and volunteer, who co-labour at CRCS.
