With my TESOL certification, a BA in Education, an MA in English and an MBA in HR, I’m certain in my capability to perform the duties. I also hold 28 years of experience including 10 years in ESL teaching in the most reputed language center of Thialand and Teacher Training for ESL and Experiential learning methodology followed by classroom observations for teacher support and feedback and 2 years experience in management as I worked as a Principal at a middle school in India .I have trained teachers of some of the most reputed schools of India and have been working as a Lead Teacher for the Ministry of Education in UAE for the past two years.

I have a vast experience in preparing assessments for Secondary and Senior Secondary students in India, Thailand and UAE.

My passion for Management, training and ESL teaching has helped thousands of students and a lot of teachers who worked under my guidance and were trained by me in the past 25 years of my employment. My resume will show you that I have taught students of all ages. I’ve been teaching and training adults for more than 10 years. I would also like to mention that I’ve conducted many Teacher Training workshops in ESL teaching as well as for teaching through Experiential Learning methodology.
