With a student to faculty ratio of 12:1 and no graduate teaching assistants, Ursinus gives you the privileges and responsibilities of becoming researchers, writers, thinkers and artists alongside your professors. Faculty and staff know you by name and can guide and mentor you in ways not possible at larger campuses.

Ursinus College offers financial assistance based both on merit and financial circumstances. The college’s scholarship, loan, and student employment programs total more than $45 million for 2017-2018. Ninety-nine percent of Ursinus students receive some form of financial assistance.

At Ursinus, you’ll work hard in the classroom. But your education will also occur on fields, courts and stages, and in studios, residence-hall rooms and campus hangouts. You’ll want to carve out time for one (or three) of our more than 100 clubs and organizations, a theatrical performance or comedy show, or just some R&R in an Adirondack chair.

While there’s plenty to do on our beautiful 168-acre campus, the buzzing metropolis of Philadelphia is only 25 miles away if you need a little more action. If you don’t have a car on campus, you can take public transportation or rent our Zipcar.
