I have studied both at college level and higher education here and can honestly say I wouldn’t have studied a degree if I couldn’t have done one as I have children and wouldn’t want to move away from home! My tutors have been brill and I’ve met some life long friends as well as being a step closer to my lifelong career goal!

I am currently in my 3rd year of university, studying BSc sport and exercise fitness. I also studied my foundation degree at the university centre through Hull university. The reason I chose this course because it is 2 minutes away from my house and I was in a position where I need to work so it was very beneficial to study the course here. I believe this university centre it beneficial to many young and old students. You are usually in for two full days a week, which enables you to keep working and attend other commitments. This is also beneficial to parents as the centre is just on your doorstep and you do not need to travel out of town to gain a degree. I would recommend this course to anyone and everyone!

The sport and uniformed services department could not do anything more for me whilst studying my BTEC. The support I have received from the entire department has made it one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life. I 100% recommend coming to The North Lindsey College for sports. No where else will compare. FACT.

I studied at NLC for 2 year, in those two years I found an amazing place to learn. At NLC the Environment is so welcoming and the tutors are happy to tech those wanting to learn. I am currently an apprentice at NLC, I love being apart of the college and would recommend it to anyone, either in study or as a job. I have even decided to come back and do A-Levels. If you're unsure on what to study the college has your back by offering you a careers guidance drop in or you can come to one of the many events the college offers. Overall NLC in my books is an experience you'll love.

The tutors at North Lindsey are very helpful and supportive for each student. If you have any problem with coursework or another part of college life then most tutors have an open door policy where you can go and discuss it with them.
