Ridley Melbourne

Ridley College welcomes students from many different backgrounds and traditions. Our aim is to provide appropriate training and encouragement in Christian living and to help equip people for future service of God in the church and in the world. Ridley is an evangelical college that promotes a Christ-centered, bible-based Christianity. Our denominational heritage in Anglicanism shapes our culture and worship, while we welcome people from a diverse range of denominational backgrounds and embrace the richness of various evangelical traditions.

We seek to combine sound reformed theology with excellent practical ministry training as we train ministers, evangelists, church planters, missionaries and lay people. The college is located in parklands just three kilometers north of the Melbourne CBD at Parkville.

The Ridley experience is about providing you with teaching and training from gifted theologians and ministry practitioners. It combines a firm grasp of the content and meaning of the Scriptures, a comprehensive understanding of theology throughout church history, and practical ministry training for our changing world. Our College provides this training and experience through a number of modes. Our on campus students gather as a community where we learn, pray, study, worship, and hear God’s Word together. Online students experience learning differently, but still benefit from their online cohort, and are given opportunities to grow in their own local context.

Ridley is known for its commitment to the Bible, emphasis on character formation, and development of a strong community in which to learn and grow. Students come from a wide range of denominations and backgrounds providing a stimulating, diverse and welcoming environment. Whether you are studying on campus or online, Ridley offers training for many different ministry options.
