Australian College of Sports Therapy

Email Admissions

The Australian College of Sports Therapy (ACST) was first established in 1997. Founded by Dr. Charles Meisner with the goal of establishing an institute of learning that provided education and the promotion of health in the areas of sports and musculo-skeletal therapies, following the recognition of a gap in the treatment of recreational and amateur athletes.

We have set ourselves ambitious targets so that we rank among the best VET providers, especially in our areas of strength; Sports Therapy, Musculo-skeletal Therapy, Myotherapy, Sports and Remedial Massage and Fitness.

The Australian College of Sports Therapy is dedicated to the service of the sporting and active community through the education of knowledgeable, skilled and ethical allied health practitioners.

The Australian College of Sports Therapy will be recognised nationally as a quality allied health institution providing education and health supporting information in the disciplines of musculoskeletal therapy, sports injury prevention, treatment and management.

The educational experience here is truly remarkable; the dedicated faculty and personalized attention have transformed my son's confidence and abilities beyond our expectations.

100% would not recommend. - lecturers take weeks to reply to emails from students. - Students told they had passed the entire course and were ready to graduate, to then be emailed at Christmas time saying they must come back for another semester because the college made a mistake. - Students failing a subject because they were never told they were supposed to do that class. - Don't receive timetables ( this semester I got mine 5 weeks into the semester ) - I've had 3 meetings with the head of college (which has changed 4 times in the three years I have been there) and nothing has changed after every meeting. If anything the college proved my points I was arguing. - Lecturers constantly changing causing unorganised classrooms and work structures.
