We want our kids to be looked upon with awe at how developed , Independent and confident they are. Our vision is turning today’s children into tomorrow’s thinkers and leaders by throwing inhibitions out the door and believing that there are no limits to a child’s abilities or intelligence. • When an adult is interested in a child’s passion be it art, music, or even science that gives the child a whole new level of self confidence and worth.
• When we offer them a choice between two acceptable actions, This leads to greater pride and self-motivation.
• Some children believe that you’re born smart and you’re either lucky or not, If, on the other hand, you help them to understand that persistence is more important than the luck of the draw, you promote a child who can learn to succeed on their own terms.“Geniuses are made, not born.”
• Children need to feel that their teachers are on their side. We demonstrate this for a child by accepting, and supporting, no matter what. We still love him/her, even when they forget their homework. We’re interested in them as a person, And when they’re upset, We help them give words to feelings.
• We help them identify small, concrete steps to reach their learning goals and we recognize each accomplishment along the way. We Help your children set attainable learning goals, such as studying a hard subject from a different angle until they understand it. This might mean that you must be content with something like a C grade — but an A+ in Effort.
• This means holding back a little before you jump in to help your struggling child. When we guide your child to operate from his strengths, and not shy away from challenges, we help him/her build a positive self-motivation. We have a dream, and that dream is to turn today’s children into tomorrow’s leaders by addressing their mentality as equals; a child is not someone who should always be told what to do without exploring the opportunity of creativity, a child is not just an object for parents to feed, keep clean and dote on, although they are lovable little creatures doting on them the wrong way could negatively affect their personalities.

In Oxford English Academy we look at doting from another perspective, we dote on their minds, personalities and potential to be awesome human beings! Children are intellectual entities who are much smarter, more creative and more open to thinking outside the box than adults, we have been affected by the fast paced technology controlled life we live in, they – although part of that technological life – still have their raw untouched unabashed creativity and cross-hairs like attention to detail.
