Landmines - Team Building

‘Landmines’ is a one hour conference filler that challenges your team to traverse dangerous terrain avoiding landmines along the way.

The team uses specially constructed wooden boards and ropes (similar to skis) to cross the terrain, they musn't step on the ground otherwise they incur penalties. The debriefing of this activity can be linked to your company’s strategy discussing the role of vision, mission and objectives. Alternatively this activity can be used as an energising team exercise where teams race against each other.
