Our approach to long term planning enables schools and organisations to remain fully focused on their objectives and keeping on course, while responding confidently to changing circumstances that are beyond their control.

We know how challenging strategic planning can be. Over the past 20 years we have made decisions in some difficult circumstances as school leaders and advisers – for example during the South East Asian currency crisis of 1997 and after the banking crisis of 2008. Drawing on our experience of “interesting times”, we can facilitate your planning to enable you to establish long term direction, while preparing for the unexpected.

School priorities must be seen in context and so we will always conduct a short analytical overview of your position in 7 Areas for Action when we are engaged to carry out training or facilitation. We are also able to assist with preparation for an accreditation or inspection.

Our approach to strategic planning suggests that direction is maintained by having a clear Vision for the future, while the Mission is the compass which charts the course towards the identified goals, whichever way the wind is blowing. The three year strategy document is the chart used to plot the course, but the element most likely to be adjusted in the short term as the school reacts to fair winds or foul. Mission and vision, however, are both unchanging.

We all share an enthusiasm for the kind of great learning made possible by skillful and committed teaching: we believe that children learn best when they are happy and are happiest when they are learning. Once engaged, we will share your goals and personally commit to your projects.

We have a unique range of curriculum experience including British, International Baccalaureate (PYP, MYP and DP), American and Australian and can offer expert advice for implementing these programmes in an international context. Team members specialise in digital marketing for schools, bench-marking and feasibility studies, school start-ups, expansion and refurbishment projects.

Our digital agency is built around International Teacher Magazine, one of the fastest growing on-line magazines serving teachers and schools around the world. While working to improve your own website, we will also publish content about your work in ITM to engage your chosen audience. Our ITM Media Kit Metrics can be found, below to give you a snapshot of the growth and engagement the magazine has, and impact it makes on the audience that it serves.
