Senior Makoplasty Application Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting newly launched Macoplasty accounts through working with Regional Manager and distributor. Ensures a “delightful” MAKOplasty experience by providing superior site and staff training and support. This “delightful” experience will foster safe use of the RIO system and its utilization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to training surgeon(s) and hospital staff, setting up CT protocols and consignment.

Work closely with certified surgeons at the field to utilize different applications and transfer knowledge to newly appointed application specialists to certify them for future use of the system in different countries through enabling them to attend solo surgeries under supervision.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience, combination of experience and education is acceptable.
• Certified application specialist will have more privilege
• 2 Years Orthopedic Implant Experience (Preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of the Operating Room environment (orthopedics preferred)
• Ability to operate a PC and use Windows based software
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment
• Self-motivated / directed, detail oriented and a proven history of ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
