Job Summary

The Alba Graduate Business School (Alba) seeks full time faculty members at the Rank of Assistant or Associate Professor and at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professors “In the Practice of” in the areas of:

Accounting

• Business Analytics
• Digital Economy/Digital Strategy/Business Transformation
• Operations Research/Management
• Tourism Management
• Shipping Management
• Human Resource Management

Required Qualifications for Assistant or Associate Professors

• Ideal candidate should have earned a Ph.D. in the above fields from an accredited university, with at least one graduate degree from a UK or a US institution.
• Strong publications record in top academic journals (ABS 4* and 4; Associate Professorships) or the potential to do so (Assistant Professorship).
• Teaching experience, preferably at a US or UK university.
• Great teaching and administration experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to serve as a credible authority on such issues in the Greek media and other forums.
• Pursue applied and business relevant research.
• Eligible for Ministry of Education registration number.

• Ability to serve as a credible authority on such issues in the Greek media and other forums.
